The Shar Tsav Dinosaur Track Site Field Laboratory Museum is located in Manlai soum, Umnugovi aimag, where more than 13,600 dinosaur track marks from the Late Cretaceous, dating to 85–90 million years ago, are preserved to this day. The field laboratory museum was built with the support of Oyu Tolgoi LLC and is operated by the Institute of Paleontology of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences.
